Returning customers
- There is no need for re-registration. All you need to do is to request the approval of your existing registration by contacting our Customer Care Centre or one of our branches, providing us with a valid email address.
- Once your registration has been approved, our system will send a confirmation email to the provided address containing a link – https://www.realtransferonline.com – and a temporary password, with instructions on how to reset your password immediately.
New customers

PROOF OF IDENTITY: valid passport, Australian driving licence or photo ID card.

PROOF OF ADDRESS: bank statement, electricity, gas or phone bills;
Your documents must be certified by a competent authority (Justice of the Peace, a judicial authority or the Australian Police).
In person at one of our branches or authorised agents;

- Registration without certified copies will not be approved.
- Please check if your current phone number is registered with the bank in order to receive the security code sent out to you.
- In some cases, your card may be frozen for online purchase or international transactions. To unfreeze your card, please contact your bank.
