In order to use Real Transfer services, you must first register with us, providing the sender’s documents or and the recipient’s information. As soon as your registration has been approved, you will be able to complete the transaction by means of our online system or via deposit at one of our agencies or with one of our agents. After the security information has been confirmed, we will inform you how long the transfer will take, the current exchange rate and the amount the recipient will receive in their destination country.

Anyone over 18 (eighteen) years of age who needs to send money in a secure and reliable fashion can use our money transfer service.
You will need to provide a copy of photo identification (passport, Australian Driving licence, ID card) and a copy of your proof of address (bank statements or electricity, gas or phone bills). Further documents and information will also be requested for transactions of larger amounts.

Returning customers
There is no need to re-registration. All you need to do is to request the approval of your existing registration by calling our Customer Care Centre and providing us with a valid email address.
Once your registration has been approved, our system will send a confirmation email to the provided address containing a link (https://www.realtransferonline.com) and a temporary password, with instructions on how to reset your password immediately.
New customers
To register by online, please upload us copies of the documents listed.
PROOF OF IDENTITY: Valid passport, Australian driving licence or photo ID card.
PROOF OF ADDRESS: Bank statements or electricity, gas or phone bills.
Note: Registration without documents will not be approved
There is no limit on how much money you can send, however, there is a limit on the amount you can send within a 30-day period without proof of income. If your transactions exceed this limit, additional proof of income
will be requested for the amount sent during the period. For more information, please contact our Customer

The minimum amount is AUD 20.00 (twenty Australian dollars).
For transfers to Brazil, the amount will be available in the recipient’s account within 2 working days after the deposit into our account has been confirmed, according to the amount.

Because banks such as ITAÚ, BRADESCO and BANCO DO BRASIL employ a system whereby current accounts and savings accounts are linked (with both accounts sharing the same account number), the transfer may appear in the current account when intended for a savings account, and vice versa. For this reason, we ask the owners of such accounts to always check BOTH accounts after money has been sent.

The recipient will not be charged to receive the money. The only fee that applies is the sender’s transaction fee.
